Is the website safe to order from?


Gizmosquare ensures that the safest forms of payment to ensure you a hassle free shopping experience. Gizmosquare is using RBS WorldPay as the preferred form of credit card transaction. Moreover, all purchases in our website are made on a secure payment server with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology for your protection. 
All products as advertised on the web site are 100% genuine from original manufacturers.
 
 
What are the forms of payment available?

Gizmosquare accepts VISA, MASTERCARD and PAYPAL.

 
What are the shipping costs?
 
Gizmosquare provides free shipping to all destinations. 
All orders within Singapore are sent using AM mail.
As for international orders, it will be dispatched by Singpost Registered air mail.
 
 
What are the expected delivery time frames?
 
The expected delivery within Singapore ranges within 1 to 3 working days and SingPost does not deliver during weekends and public holidays. Customers in Singapore will be issued a tracking number once purchases have been sent..
 
Overseas shipping will usually take around 10 to 14 days, but certain factors such as bad weather, natural disasters and custom checks may delay the delivery. International buyers are issued with a tracking number once their purchases have been sent.
 
 
What should I do if I have not not received my package?
 
For orders within Singapore,  if the delivery of your purchases exceeds more than the usual period (1-3 working days), please contact SingPost at 1605 quoting your AM Mail tracking number.
 
For international orders, when the delivery time exceed 14 working days, fret not as 'lost mail' is very rare.
First, check with your neighbours if they have any of your mails as it is very normal for the postman to send it to the wrong mail box.
CSecondly, call up or visit the post office quoting your tracking number. Check if any of your mails are still in the post office mail room as the package may be delivered to you when you are not at home.
If none of the above works, please email us at ask@gizmosquare.com.sg. We will file a mail enquiry for you. 
 
 
I have just made an order, however I would like to amend/cancel it as I have changed my mind. Is it possible?
 
We will glady make any changes to your order as long as it is not sent out to the post office yet.  No charges will be imposed, you just need to top up the difference for the changes you made. If you change it to an item of lesser value, we will not be able to issue you a partial refund, but we will issue you a coupon code with that same amount of unused credit for you to use it in your next purchase.  
 
However, once the post office gets the package, it is impossible for us to retrieve it back and amend the order for you.

 A administration fee of SGD$10 on top of prevailing shipping charges will be imposed should there be any cancellation of orders. 
 
 
How do I receive the refund?
 
If payment is made via RBS WorldPay, the amount will be refunded back to your VISA/MASTERCARD within 3 working days. The same applies to payment made under PAYPAL. Refunds are subjected to the approval of Gizmosquare. 
 
 
Is there any warranty policy?
 
Warranty of the products will be covered by the manufacturer itself. If products are identified to be defective, Gizmosquare will ensure that they will be replaced at no additional costs. Buyers will have to mail the items back to us at their own shipping expenses. Exchanges are subjected to the approval of Gizmosquare.
