Shipping Policy

Location Exclusion

We ship worldwide. There are no locations being excluded currently.

Mode of Delivery

Items are shipped using registered mail from Singpost. Tracking number will be provided. You can track your package online with Singpost (up to the point it leaves Singapore) and your local post office (when it reaches the destination's sorting centre).

Insurance

All packages sent out by Gizmosquare are insured. The maximum compensation payable for the loss of registered mail is limited up to SGD$60 or the cost of the item purchased whichever is lower.

Expected Delivery

Orders are packed and sent within 1 working day.

Estimated delivery is approximate 7-15 business days for orders outside Singapore and 1 - 3 business days for orders within Singapore.

Shipment may take longer than expected if it is held by the customs for inspection.

Taxes

Buyer is responsible of the custom/ import tax within your country.
